The Robot Book Giveaway

The Robot Book By Heather Brown

A few weeks ago Mia received, what is now officially her favorite book, in the mail. The book is The Robot Book by Heather Brown.

This book is perfect for the little one who loves pop up books, touch and feel or any thing hands on. The book lets you spin gadgets and knobs to see just what this robot is made of. In the end, you see that the robot is not just made of parts, but has a heart too!

Great news for Mamma Mia readers! I have three Robot Books to give away. Each book is valued at $16.99. This book would make the perfect Christmas gift!

Reading is so important, my son and I spend the majority of our day exploring his books. I cannot tell you how proud I am when I peek around the corner, and he is sitting on the floor with his nose stuck in a book. He is 2 1/2 and I am hoping all the time we dedicate to reading will pay off when he goes to school.

Easton and I read a book every night at bedtime. I find my rediscovering my childhood favorites and continue to read aloud even if he doses off. I hope that I pass on my love of books to him. This book looks really great and like something that would really spark his interest. Thanks for sharing Amanda!

Oh, goodness. Reading is so important here. I’ve loved reading since I could and I want my daughters to experience the escapism that comes with it. How you can be transported anywhere in the world with just words… Oh, I love to read.

This makes me want to go get lost in a book.

    :)

We love to read at our house. We have two bedtime readings each night one is three little kid books for the 2 and 4 year old that they take turns choosing. Then they go to bed and my husband or I read a chapter book to our 8 year old and usually read a couple chapters each night. Now she is able to take turns and sometimes reads to us!

We read every day. We have two huge baskets of books in the nursery and a shelf full in the living room. Keefer has even started reading to us lately :-) He loves his pop-up/hands on books the most. He always looks at them and laughs. I love watching him play with his books.

Reading has always been very important in my household. I always read to my chidren daily before they read independantly. We all still read 30 minutes a day, but they are choosing and reading their own books. When you start them off early with reading in their daily routine it is not as big of a struggle to get them to read as they grow older lezanac@yahoo.com

It is VERY important to read. I read to my son twice a day (before nap and before bed time) and not only does it help him sleep better, but it gives me a chance bond with him and explore each page of the book further and further :D

My husband and I are both big readers. We have always made reading a priority with our kids. We have one hour of silent reading every day for the older kids and probably much more than an hour a day of reading for the younger ones. Most days the older kids read for up to 2-3 hours.
